Terms of sale.

These terms govern sales concluded between Opcodia LLC (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA) and any customer placing an order on the OBFLO website.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. Shipping is free over €60 in metropolitan France.

Orders are final once payment is confirmed. Accepted payment methods: bank card (plus Apple Pay / Google Pay depending on device). Payments are secured by Stripe; no card data ever touches our servers.

Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours, with delivery in 3 to 5 business days in metropolitan France, tracked. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days, the customer may cancel the order for a full refund.

Under the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days to withdraw. OBFLO extends this to 30 days after delivery, no questions asked. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or our error. The full refund is issued once the returned product arrives complete and in good condition.

All products carry the legal warranties of conformity (2 years) and against hidden defects. For a defective product: replacement or refund, at the customer's choice.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; the customer may use the designated consumer mediator free of charge: [TO COMPLETE — designated mediator].
